Service Fulfillment Policy for ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC

Service Delivery: ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, timely, and effective online tutoring services through the Zoom platform. Upon subscription or booking of a tutoring session, clients will receive confirmation and details of their scheduled sessions via email.
Digital Materials:

Any educational materials, including but not limited to PDFs, slides, and worksheets, will be provided to clients digitally.

Access to these materials will be granted via email or a secure online portal prior to the scheduled session(s).

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access and use the provided materials.
Scheduling and Access:

Tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance at mutually agreeable times between the tutor and the client.

A Zoom link for the scheduled session will be sent to the client's provided email address no later than 24 hours before the session is due to commence.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Refer to our Refund/Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.
Technical Issues:

In the event of technical issues from ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC's side that prevent the delivery of a scheduled session, the client will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the affected session.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own technical capability to access Zoom sessions. Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for refunds, though rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC.
Changes to Service Fulfillment Policy: ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or via our website.
