1. Services: ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC provides personalized online tutoring services via Zoom. Sessions are tailored to individual learning needs across various subjects.

2. Subscription and Fees: Clients agree to pay the weekly subscription fee for selected tutoring packages. Fees are due at the beginning of each subscription period. Services are contingent upon payment.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription with a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle. Missed sessions without 24-hour prior notice are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property: All educational materials provided during sessions remain the property of ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for providing and improving our services. We do not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
